Pastor Ben attended UWGB and graduated with a degree in Business and Computer Science.  He received his pastoral license from the Life Training Institute and is a Certified Trainer from the American Pacific University.  Ben has spent the last 5 years of his career in organizational development focusing on the best practices in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.  As the Director of Organizational Development for a company based out of Montreal, Canada, he provided leadership to the training and development process of over 1200 employees throughout North America.

Ben lives in Sherwood, WI and is married to Kristy and has four daughters (Madison, Anna, Sydney and Reese).   Kristy is an avid runner and is a graduate of the Bellin College of Nursing.
